About the role
We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Accountant to join a leading insurance organisation in London. This permanent position offers the chance to deepen expertise in finance while ensuring compliance with Solvency II and other regulatory frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and validate financial reports in line with the Solvency II directive.
- Submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Analyse financial statements and forecast budgeting requirements.
- Collaborate with the finance team to assess the financial impact of compliance actions.
- Serve as the primary finance contact during audits and regulatory inspections.
Required profile
- Exceptional knowledge of Solvency II reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial mechanisms within the insurance sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
