Reinsurance Pricing Actuary

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global reinsurance broker to add a high‑impact Pricing Actuary to their London analytics team. The role sits at the front line, working directly with brokers and clients to shape pricing strategy for a fast‑growing Programs/MGA portfolio across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive pricing and risk analysis for diverse program business.
• Build, enhance, and challenge pricing models across casualty and property lines.
• Deliver portfolio and market insights, including pricing trends, inflation effects, and rate changes.
• Clearly articulate model outputs, assumptions, and limitations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with brokers, clients, and data teams to influence placement outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of tools, processes, and team capability.

Required profile

• Strong actuarial background with experience in reinsurance pricing.
• Proven ability to work in a client‑facing, high‑visibility environment.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex model results.
• Experience with casualty and property lines is preferred.
