Reinsurance Pricing Actuary – Programs

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global reinsurance broker to add a high‑impact Pricing Actuary to their London analytics team. The role focuses on a rapidly expanding Programs/MGA portfolio, working directly with brokers and clients to shape pricing strategy across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive pricing and risk analysis for diverse program business.
• Build, enhance, and challenge pricing models across casualty and property lines.
• Deliver portfolio and market insights, including pricing trends, inflation, and rate changes.
• Clearly articulate model outputs, assumptions, and limitations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brokers, clients, and data teams to influence placement outcomes.
• Develop tools, processes, and team capability to support the analytics function.

Required profile

• Actuarial experience in reinsurance pricing, preferably within program or MGA business.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex model results into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
• Proactive, high‑visibility approach to influencing deal execution and strategy.
