Relationship Manager – Business Banking

About the role

Weatherbys Business Bank is expanding its Business Banking division and is looking for Relationship Managers to build and nurture relationships with UK‑based business clients. You will work in a hybrid setting across several UK locations, collaborating closely with Private Banking, Racing Banking and Arkle Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of business clients, focusing on deposit balances rather than borrowing.
• Spend time with clients to understand their operations and provide tailored solutions.
• Generate new relationships and increase deposit inflows.
• Represent Weatherbys externally and expand professional networks.
• Collaborate with Private Bank, Racing Bank and Arkle Finance to connect clients to relevant services.
• Maintain high standards in onboarding, KYC and governance processes.

Required profile

• Commercial mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Credibility with business owners or decision‑makers.
• Proven track record in relationship development, either in banking or a related sector.
• Entrepreneurial approach and strong organisational skills.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and awareness of risk.
