Relationship Manager (Guidance & Education Systems)

About the role
The Relationship Manager (Guidance & Education Systems) will report to the Strategic Partnerships Lead and will manage a portfolio of partner relationships, driving engagement, learning uptake and shared outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of Guidance and Education System partner relationships, developing partnership and engagement plans.
- Build trusted relationships with partner contacts and stakeholders, tailoring engagement to their context.
- Maintain understanding of partner sectors such as housing, welfare or health and relevant policy developments.
- Provide ongoing partner support and guidance to strengthen services and embed money guidance.
- Support portfolio planning, segmentation and prioritisation with the Senior Relationship Manager.
- Promote relevant learning opportunities to partners and drive uptake.
- Represent MaPS at partner meetings and events, identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Capture and report partner insight, barriers and emerging needs to inform programme development.
- Track portfolio activity using data and feedback to support evidence‑based decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate activity, manage risks and ensure effective partner journeys.
- Model MaPS values of caring, connecting and transforming in all interactions.
