Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

About the role

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon keeps critical machinery running across fulfillment sites. As an RME Technician you will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of equipment, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use the latest tools and techniques to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold all health and safety policies and practices.
• Support the development of on‑site apprentices.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and roll out best practices across EU sites.
• Work across various shifts to provide 24/7 site support.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site and respond quickly to equipment issues.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early or late hours.
• Experience collaborating with senior colleagues and external contractors.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
