Relief Extra Care Support Worker

About the role

We are looking for calm, resourceful individuals to join our team as Relief Extra Care Support Workers in Harrow. You will support older adults in maintaining mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, delivering a holistic, person‑centred service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing and toileting.
• Carry out domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in accessing work, education, social and community opportunities.
• Work flexibly on a roster that includes evenings and weekends.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience in a care or support role.
• Warm, compassionate and person‑centred approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
