Relief Housing Support Worker

About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a caring individual to join our team as a Relief Housing Support Worker in Fleetwood. You will provide high‑quality care and emotional support to adults with mental health and complex needs, working on a flexible, shift‑based roster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
• Carry out general administrative duties related to care provision.
• Provide emotional support and promote wellbeing.
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including budgeting and tenancy maintenance.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with families, support networks and professionals involved in the service user's care.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
• Approachable, warm and able to connect with service users.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and residence within the UK.
