About the role

As a Relief Worker you will deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused support within Riverside’s housing services. Working on an as‑needed basis, you will help maintain the dignity and wellbeing of residents in a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to customers under the direction of the scheme manager.
• Support the delivery of health, wellbeing and safety standards for residents.
• Cover shifts at short notice, ensuring continuity of service.
• Promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all individuals.

Required profile

• Experience interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong empathy, patience and a customer‑centred attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and adapt to short‑notice shift changes.
• Positive, approachable demeanor and ability to work well in a team.
