Remote Conveyancer – £45k‑£55k + Bonus

About the role

We are partnering with a forward‑thinking conveyancing practice that is expanding its senior team. The role is fully remote and offers a competitive salary with a quarterly bonus, allowing you to manage a high‑volume residential conveyancing caseload within a well‑structured support environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an end‑to‑end residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Process a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and strong client service.
• Collaborate with dedicated support teams – New Business, Post Completions, and Relationship Managers – to keep matters progressing efficiently.
• Utilise streamlined case‑management systems to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Meet all deadlines and keep files up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling residential conveyancing independently.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner.
• Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy, high‑volume workload.
• Proactive, reliable and detail‑focused.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case‑management systems.
• Comfort using digital platforms for conveyancing work.
