Remote Conveyancer – Residential Property Transactions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on freehold sales and purchases, with the opportunity to gain exposure to leasehold and new‑build work. You will join a fast‑growing specialist firm led by two seasoned directors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end residential conveyancing transactions, primarily freehold sales and purchases.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders.
• Provide advice on leasehold and new‑build matters where required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s processes and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of freehold sale and purchase transactions.
• Excellent organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach.
