About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our international law firm. The position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely, with occasional visits to our office in Swinton, Scotland. You will be responsible for handling complex leasehold sales and purchases while delivering high‑quality legal services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Handle complex leasehold sales and purchases, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and related paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and meet strict deadlines.
• Attend occasional office meetings or visits as needed.

Required profile

• Confident senior‑level conveyancer with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively while working remotely.
• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
