Remote Conveyancing Fee Earner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a fast‑growing law firm. You will manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working entirely from home while collaborating with specialist onboarding and post‑completion teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, handling up to 25 new files per month with paralegal support or 18 files independently.
• Coordinate with onboarding and post‑completion teams to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
• Deliver high‑quality service to a loyal client base and a network of referrers.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm standards.
• Work autonomously, prioritising workload without direct supervision.

Required profile

• Proven experience working remotely within a law firm environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of conveyancing files independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client and referrer interaction.

Required skills

• Residential conveyancing knowledge.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in conveyancing.
