About the role

FindTutors is seeking motivated GCSE Subject Specialists to join its online tutoring platform. In this fully remote position you will support students across a range of GCSE subjects, helping them improve performance, develop effective study habits and build confidence.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personalised online sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
Identify strengths and areas for improvement and create structured learning plans.
Provide study techniques, resources and academic guidance.
Monitor progress, adapt plans and motivate students to achieve their goals.

Required profile

Basic knowledge of one or more GCSE subjects.
Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
Passion for education and helping learners succeed.
No prior teaching experience required; a training mindset is valued.
