Remote Medical Physician (MD/DO) – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced internal or emergency medicine physician to help fine‑tune large language models used in clinical settings. Working remotely, you will apply your diagnostic expertise to ensure AI outputs are accurate, empathetic, and safe for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic clinical scenarios covering acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Assess AI‑generated responses for diagnostic correctness, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify knowledge gaps across internal medicine subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and nephrology.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to improve model performance.
• Provide structured, written feedback that guides the next iteration of AI development.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent degree with active clinical practice within the past three years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Broad knowledge of acute care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine.
• Ability to explain complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

What we offer

• Contractual engagement of 20–40 hours per week (minimum 4 hours per day) with overlap in PST.
