About the role
Our client, a specialist property finance and mortgage brokerage, is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Paraplanner to work full‑time remotely supporting senior brokers with day‑to‑day case management in the UK mortgage market. The role involves sourcing and managing mortgage cases, collaborating directly with brokers, and following clear task‑based processes during UK office hours (9 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday). Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the UK mortgage sector and be comfortable using CRM systems and lender portals, particularly OMS. The position is fully remote, with daily communication with brokers, and provides a structured environment with defined expectations and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time.
