Remote Print IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Print IT Support Engineer to provide end‑to‑end support for printing, scanning and imaging equipment across office and school environments. Working from home, you will ensure the smooth operation of print management solutions for commercial, corporate and educational clients throughout the South East of England.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of printers, scanners, copiers and multi‑function devices remotely.
• Administer print management systems, including user provisioning, quota management and reporting.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Provide first‑line and second‑line technical support to customers via phone, email and remote tools.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a printer technician, IT support engineer or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full‑time schedule (8 am‑5 pm, Monday‑Friday).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
