Remote Protection Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a fully remote sales team. You will provide advice on income protection, life and protection solutions to clients across the UK, working with leads generated in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone‑based consultative sales conversations with prospects.
• Maximise conversion of web‑generated leads into policy sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across income protection and life insurance.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives that generate leads, including partnerships with sport brands.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of phone‑based life and protection sales experience.
• Proven ability to work with leads generated via online channels.
• Strong consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary of £30,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings (OTE) £50‑60k with uncapped bonus potential.
• Fully remote role with no weekend work.
• Working hours: Mon‑Thu 9:30‑18:30, Fri 9:00‑15:30.
• Salary reviews twice yearly and potential for higher earnings for top performers.
