Remote Sales Support Executive

About the role

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to join a fast‑moving sales team. Working primarily from home, you will provide essential administrative and bid support while collaborating with colleagues in Basingstoke and London as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage bid, tender and framework documentation, ensuring compliance and high‑quality sales collateral.
• Support the sales pipeline by monitoring procurement portals and sales intelligence tools to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain internal client and opportunity records using Excel and SharePoint.
• Coordinate meetings, draft correspondence and take notes for the sales and business development functions.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and partners to confirm operational readiness.
• Contribute to projects that improve sales documentation efficiency and handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or business support administration role.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo BPSS and security vetting.
