Remote System Administrator

About the role

Our fast‑growing tech client is looking for a Remote System Administrator to deliver effective and efficient services, promptly resolve customer issues and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent product knowledge of all company products and services, staying informed about updates and features.
• Contribute to and keep a technical library up‑to‑date, ensuring relevant information is readily available for the team.
• Provide input for system scaling, technical advice and risk assessments to the Service Delivery Manager as required.
• Invest time in understanding current and new technical developments, staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA for Office 365 and Windows Server, with experience in Exchange, Azure and networking equipment.
