About the role

This position involves driving 3.5‑tonne removal vehicles and handling high‑value household goods for a prestigious removals and storage company based in Crawley. You will work on local, national and occasional international moves, delivering a five‑star service to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive 3.5‑tonne removal vehicles on local, national and occasional international moves.
• Pack, wrap and handle household goods, fine art and premium items with the utmost care.
• Work as part of a small, professional crew to deliver a five‑star service.
• Assist with loading and unloading, ensuring safe manual handling throughout the move.

Required profile

• Previous experience in removals (driving, portering or both) is essential.
• Valid UK driving licence appropriate for 3.5‑tonne vehicles.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Professional, calm manner when working in high‑end homes.

Required skills

• Operation of 3.5‑tonne vehicles.
• Basic export packing and crating techniques (training provided).
