Removals Porter / 3.5T Driver – Surrey

About the role

Join a commercial removals and relocation company in Surrey as a Removals Porter and 3.5T Driver. You will be the main point of contact for customers, driving to and from the warehouse, and assisting with packing, loading, unloading and safe handling of commercial goods.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce yourself to the customer and act as the main point of contact.
• Keep the customer informed and ensure all client requirements are met.
• Drive company 3.5‑tonne vehicles, maintain roadworthiness, keep the cab clean, refuel and park legally.
• Work as part of a team to safely handle, pack, load and unload customer goods.
• Maintain a polite, courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Follow company policies on driver and vehicle safety.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving 3.5‑tonne vehicles in a removals environment.
• Full UK driving licence with a qualified 3.5T licence.
• Physical strength to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong customer‑care, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in commercial removals operations.
