Removals Sales Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and personable Removals Sales Estimator to join our team in South West London. You will build strong client relationships, strengthen our brand presence and drive growth within the removals and relocation sector while enjoying a competitive base salary, car allowance and an attractive commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across domestic, commercial, international and corporate removals by responding to enquiries, conducting in‑home and virtual surveys and delivering accurate, tailored estimates.
• Build and manage client relationships, nurture existing accounts and proactively target new business opportunities in line with branch objectives.
• Prepare detailed removal plans, accurately scope projects and produce competitive quotations using Moveware.
• Collaborate with operations teams to maintain exceptional service standards, improve the customer experience and support ongoing business development.
• Identify and develop new target markets through strategic sales and marketing activities.
• Provide expert advice on international removals, including customs regulations and compliance.

Required profile

• Previous removals sales and surveying experience (essential).
• Strong negotiation and people skills.
• Excellent numeric, analytical and literacy abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Moveware estimation software.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What we offer

• Competitive base salary between £36,000 and £40,000 per year.
