About the role
This permanent position supports a leading removals company in Manchester, overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations. You will act as the main point of contact for documentation, client liaison, and on‑site logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Administer all warehouse documents and photograph consignments on arrival.
- Update the warehouse computer system each day.
- Communicate with the Operations Team and act as the customer liaison.
- Quality‑check all incoming and outgoing consignments to meet company standards.
- Operate forklift trucks and crane equipment as required.
- Perform warehouse and road crew duties and assist the operational department when needed.
Required profile
- Qualified forklift truck operator with a valid licence.
- Experience in warehouse or operations environments, preferably in removals.
