Rental Sales Agent – Vehicle Rental

About the role

We are seeking a confident and service‑driven Rental Sales Agent to join a long‑established vehicle rental business in Chester. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right vehicle and guiding them through the entire rental process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle needs.
• Recommend suitable rental options and explain terms, insurance, and add‑on services.
• Complete rental agreements, process payments and conduct pre‑rental vehicle checks.
• Suggest value‑adding extras to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and work with colleagues to ensure vehicle availability.
• Stay updated on vehicle features and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to collect accurate customer information and make informed recommendations.
• Team player willing to support multiple departments and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Reliability and a clean, full UK driving licence.
• Backgrounds in sales, customer service or administration are welcomed.
