Repair Sales Coordinator (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Repair Sales Coordinator will support Boon Edam’s repair business by providing accurate quotations, processing orders and ensuring high‑quality customer service. Based in Ashford, Kent, this is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver fixed‑price repair, glass, parts and retrofit quotations.
• Enter all quotation and order details into the CRM system and follow up with customers.
• Process incoming orders, verifying that required information is complete.
• Liaise with Area Service Sales Managers to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience in a direct‑facing role.
• Highly organised with strong administration abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Basic knowledge of UK geography and the ability to commute daily to Ashford.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
