Repairs Administrator – Leatherhead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Repairs Administrator to join our team in Leatherhead. You will act as the central point of contact for residents, contractors and colleagues, ensuring repair requests are logged, scheduled and completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance appointments in line with service requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for repair enquiries via telephone, email and internal systems.
• Raise, track and update repair orders using internal databases and management systems.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers and suppliers to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitor outstanding repairs and proactively follow up on delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments and repair progress.
• Produce reports and administrative documentation to support operational performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations and health and safety procedures.

• Ability to work within a rotational shift pattern (7:00 am – 8:00 pm).
