Repairs Coordinator / Claims Manager

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team that manages property repairs on behalf of leading UK insurers and loss adjusters. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating repairs, handling claims and ensuring a high level of service for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming repair claims from notification through to completion.
• Coordinate repairs using a trusted network of tradespeople and contractors.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers, surveyors, adjusters and clients.
• Monitor progress, ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met.
• Arrange emergency repairs and track them to resolution.
• Obtain estimates, reports and supporting documentation.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Perform claim closure checks and prepare files for invoicing.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance claims, property repairs or a related environment such as social housing maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and solution‑focused attitude.
