Repairs Coordinator – Property Maintenance

About the role

The Repairs Coordinator will support a small not‑for‑profit housing organisation in Leeds by overseeing all property repair and maintenance activities. This temporary, full‑time position offers the chance to contribute directly to tenant satisfaction and the upkeep of the housing stock.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance work with contractors and tenants.
• Ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed repairs in the organisation’s system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants reporting repair issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and uphold high service standards.
• Resolve repair‑related queries or complaints from tenants.
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports for management.
• Provide administrative support to the property team as needed.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating property repairs or maintenance services.
• Knowledge of the not‑for‑profit housing sector is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with tenants and contractors.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills
