Repairs Supervisor

About the role

The Repairs Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance activities across residential properties in Oxfordshire. You will ensure that all work meets health & safety standards, quality expectations and budgetary constraints while supporting resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily repairs and maintenance operations on residential sites.
• Monitor operative performance against KPIs and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve poor workmanship and manage recall orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality control and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare scopes of work, risk assessments and method statements as required.
• Allocate workforce, order materials and plan resources for maximum efficiency.
• Manage fleet and waste processes, ensuring compliance and environmental responsibility.
• Utilise Total Mobile scheduling system to organise resident appointments.

Required profile

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proven experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams in a residential setting.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and subcontractor relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Mobile scheduling system.
