Replenishment Supervisor – Store Management

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Replenishment Supervisor to join the store management team at our Rochester location. You will lead a team to ensure shelves are stocked efficiently, minimise waste and support our customers with product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the replenishment team to meet daily stock availability targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
• Identify and address causes of shrinkage and waste to reduce stock loss.
• Optimise replenishment processes to lower handling costs and improve accuracy.
• Maintain proper product placement, space allocation and security in the receiving area.
• Collaborate with stock control and delivery teams to coordinate deliveries.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Commitment to health, safety and legal compliance.
• Experience in a retail or warehouse environment is desirable.
