Resales and Staircasing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Resales and Staircasing Manager to lead a small team in delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused services for property resales, staircasing and void property disposals. The role is based in Central London with a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately four professionals to manage resales, staircasing and ad‑hoc disposals of empty properties.
• Ensure all enquiries and transactions are processed within agreed service level agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while complying with legal, regulatory, financial and policy requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative and regulatory changes, recommending process improvements as needed.
• Handle a portfolio of complex cases and support the team on challenging transactions.
• Oversee the marketing, advertisement and legal completion of void property disposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a team responsible for property resales and staircasing.
• Strong knowledge of staircasing, resales processes and relevant legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property transaction systems and regulatory frameworks.
