Research Analyst - French-speaking

About the role
We are seeking a fluent French speaker to join the EMEA research team at Chambers & Partners in London. The role involves two days per week in the office and focuses on gathering and analysing market feedback to produce accurate legal rankings and editorial content.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct background research on assigned practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Identify and contact lawyers, in‑house counsel and third‑party experts for interviews.
- Carry out probing telephone or online questionnaire interviews in French and English.
- Log communications and track progress of research leads.
- Analyse interview data to create impartial ranking tables.
- Write business‑focused editorials for the Chambers website and guide publications.
Required profile
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
- University degree with an interest or experience in research and analysis.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- High attention to detail, organised and methodical approach.
