Research Executive – Quantitative Team

About the role

We are looking for a Research Executive to join our MTM quantitative team, working on a wide range of UK and international research projects for consumer and business audiences. The role involves supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of quantitative studies, from proposal writing through to analysis and client debriefs, with a strong focus on sports and gaming sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior researchers in developing proposals, liaising with suppliers, and preparing sales and marketing materials.
• Manage fieldwork logistics, attend client briefings, develop surveys in Qualtrics, and monitor progress against timelines.
• Prepare data for analysis using tools such as Q, SPSS, and Excel, and contribute to debrief reports and client presentations.
• Explore innovative methodologies, including AI applications, and support the creation of online dashboards with Harmoni or DisplayR.

Required profile

• Passion for sports and gaming combined with curiosity for learning new research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Required skills

• Qualtrics survey design
• Data analysis using Q, SPSS, and Excel
• Dashboard creation with Harmoni or DisplayR
• Knowledge of segmentation, conjoint and regression analysis techniques
