About the role
As a member of the Training team you will push the frontier of large‑language‑model development for OpenAI’s flagship models, enhancing intelligence, efficiency and adding new capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, prototype and scale new architectures to improve model intelligence.
- Execute and analyse experiments both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Study, debug and optimise model performance as well as computational performance.
- Contribute to training and inference infrastructure.
Required profile
- Experience delivering contributions to major LLM training runs.
- Ability to evaluate and improve deep‑learning architectures in a self‑directed manner.
- Motivation to safely deploy LLMs in real‑world settings.
- Strong knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art transformer modifications for efficiency.
