Reservations Assistant Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Reservations Assistant Manager to lead our Reservations team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a landmark luxury hotel in Knightsbridge, London.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Reservations team, providing guidance, support and training.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team knowledge of hotel policies and systems.
• Monitor team performance and deliver constructive feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate team shifts to guarantee adequate coverage.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Process telephone and email reservations using the Opera system, ensuring accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of the Opera reservation system.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
