Reservations Supervisor – Luxury Tour Operator

About the role

Join a worldwide tour operator delivering first‑class service for a luxury brand. As a Reservations Supervisor you will lead a team handling bookings, ensuring seamless communication across phone, web‑chat and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming B2B and B2C calls for existing bookings.
• Maintain phone system extensions and call‑centre setups, ensuring mobile apps are logged in and functional.
• Monitor web‑chat functionality, usage and conversion rates.
• Conduct daily reviews with admin to track confirmations, chasers and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Operations, the Commercial Director and the team on email enquiries, customer‑service responses and quotes.
• Check PNRs, flight updates and queues, ensuring prompt action by the flight team and reservation agents.
• Create a retention‑focused sales environment and develop a team progress and training system using Balanced Scorecard metrics.
• Lead post‑COVID team initiation and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience using the Amadeus reservation system.
• Expert knowledge of travel destinations and ability to advise customers.
• Persuasive, confident communicator comfortable selling a luxury brand.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to up‑sell to maximise revenue.
• Efficient in performing all associated administrative duties.
• Ability to sell tailor‑made holidays worldwide and support the reservation team when needed.
• Driven to achieve company targets.

What we offer

• Salary range £26,000 – £31,000 per year.
• Target‑based personal and group commission.
