Resident Assistant – Live-in Student Support

About the role
Verto Education is hiring Resident Assistants for its Autumn 2026 London programme. The live‑in RA supports students’ wellbeing, manages emergencies, and fosters a positive residential community.
Key responsibilities
- Share on‑call duties with a partner RA, hold the emergency duty phone, and respond to student concerns and emergencies, including nightly walkthroughs.
- Assist students with transition to university life, enforce housing policies, and maintain a safe, cooperative living environment.
- Report incidents, behavioural concerns and trends to the Student Success Manager and act as the main point of contact for residents under 18.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Background in higher education or international programmes is a plus.
- Experience living in on‑campus housing is desirable.

What we offer
- Fully furnished single‑occupancy studio for the duration of the part‑time position.
- Weekly salary of £200–£225.
