Resident Contracts Executive

About the role

Join Select Residential's growing team as a Resident Contracts Executive, managing the end‑to‑end tenancy process for private rental properties in Salford and the wider North West region. You will ensure legal compliance, accurate financial processing and a smooth experience for residents from pre‑arrival checks through move‑in and ongoing administration.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑arrival checks, including tenant referencing and Right to Rent verification.
• Prepare and issue tenancy and licence agreements, recording all details accurately in the CRM system.
• Confirm that required documentation is signed and payments are received before check‑in.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to deliver a seamless move‑in experience.
• Manage rent schedules, uploading and updating records in line with company procedures.
• Reconcile incoming payments and allocate them correctly to tenant accounts.
• Oversee rental payment processes and debt recovery activities.
• Maintain and update existing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) and coordinate any changes.
