Resident Experience Assistant

About the role

Join an award‑winning real‑estate company as a Resident Experience Assistant on a purpose‑built rental estate of over 250 units in South East London. You will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering a welcoming and engaging community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Organise and host monthly resident events and quarterly meet‑and‑greets to foster community spirit.
• Manage social media channels, creating relevant content and communicating updates via newsletters and notices.
• Oversee amenity space bookings and coordinate tenant services with third‑party providers and in‑house teams.
• Source and negotiate special offers from local businesses for residents.
• Support property‑management and leasing teams with tenant inquiries, pre‑ and post‑tenancy processes, and tenancy administration.
• Ensure health and safety statutory requirements are met and manage contractor sign‑in/out procedures.
• Prepare welcome goodie bags, handle key management, and monitor the site inbox.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service background with a proactive, friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, personable demeanour.
• Highly organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
