Resident Liaison Officer – Planned Maintenance

About the role

As a Resident Liaison Officer you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders and the construction team. You will foster positive relationships with residents, address their concerns and ensure their needs are met throughout planned maintenance projects. You will also provide first‑class liaison and administrative support to the project team in a professional and efficient manner.

Required profile

• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration role with a main contractor on SHDF projects.
• Background in a social housing environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EasyBOP construction software is beneficial but not essential.
• Residence within a reasonable distance of Welwyn Garden City or Hatfield.
• Clean full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
