About the role

The Resident Manager (LiveSmart) is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors. This onsite role focuses on health, safety and fire management within the property.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the property.
Report and monitor health & safety, safeguarding and fire management concerns promptly.
Provide access to facilitate maintenance and servicing of communal areas.
