About the role
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Resident Services Advisor to support the team at Huxley Studios, a student accommodation development in Edinburgh. This is a four‑week temporary assignment working Monday to Friday, providing front‑of‑house service to residents and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional front‑of‑house service to residents and visitors.
- Deal with resident enquiries face‑to‑face, by telephone and email.
- Assist with general reception and administrative duties.
- Manage incoming enquiries efficiently.
- Support residents with day‑to‑day queries and liaise with maintenance and other site teams.
- Handle parcel and post management while maintaining accurate records.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality or student accommodation.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities, able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
