Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

The firm is seeking a qualified Property Solicitor to join its London team, handling both residential and commercial matters. You will work on a variety of property transactions, providing legal advice to clients across the South West London area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft and review contracts, title documents and related legal paperwork.
• Provide clients with clear, accessible legal advice and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Liaise with senior partners, clients and external parties to progress matters efficiently.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate in England and Wales.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in both residential and commercial property law.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.

• Proficiency in property law procedures and documentation.
• Ability to conduct legal research and draft precise legal documents.
