Residential AV Project Manager – High-End Custom Installations

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential AV Project Manager to lead high‑end custom AV integration projects across London and the southern home counties. The role supports a medium‑sized, fast‑growing AV systems integrator and requires delivering bespoke solutions on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke residential AV projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project profit and loss and monitor cost variations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent AV installations.
- Coordinate with end users, interior designers and M&E contractors.
- Motivate and lead project teams, ensuring clear planning and timescales.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of successful delivery of high‑end residential AV installations.
- Based in the UK with legal right to work.
- Demonstrated ability to produce a detailed CV outlining relevant experience.
Required skills
- Technical expertise with Crestron, Control4 and Lutron systems.
- Strong knowledge of home IT networking and audio integration.
- Proficiency in project management software and related paperwork.
