Residential Concierge – North West London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Residential Concierge to join a prestigious mixed‑use development in North West London. The role is the front‑of‑house face of the building, welcoming residents, visitors and contractors while ensuring a safe, well‑managed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional front‑of‑house service, greeting residents, visitors and contractors.
• Manage access control, building security procedures and health & safety compliance.
• Handle parcels, post, keys and resident enquiries.
• Conduct routine site inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Liaise with contractors and on‑site teams to maintain service standards.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and handover reports.
• Support the day‑to‑day operation of the development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential concierge, front‑of‑house, reception, hospitality or luxury customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable and service‑driven attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures (desirable).
• SIA CCTV Licence (advantageous but not essential).
