Residential Conveyancer – 2+ PQE – Liverpool

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our established property team in Liverpool. The role offers a supportive culture, clear progression opportunities and the chance to work on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post‑completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new‑build transactions.
• Deliver exceptional client care throughout the conveyancing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other introducers.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong communication, organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, client‑focused approach.
