Residential Conveyancer (3+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join our client’s established residential team in Colchester, Essex. The successful candidate will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Provide clear advice and updates throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Minimum three years PQE in residential conveyancing with proven case‑handling experience.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.

• Competitive salary between £50,000 and £65,000 per annum.
