Residential Conveyancer – 3+ Years PQE

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team in Cheshire. You will manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post‑completion, handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re‑mortgages.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, estate agents and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear, timely communication and excellent client care throughout each matter.
- Supervise and support junior team members where required.
Required profile
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
- Experience supervising junior staff is advantageous.
