Residential Conveyancer – 3+ years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a thriving legal team serving the Nottinghamshire and East Midlands area. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑spectrum residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages, deeds of easement and related matters.
• Manage cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing clear advice throughout the transaction process.
• Identify business development opportunities and support the firm’s networking activities.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a busy team.
